At your $1 consultation, Dr. Godko goes over your 3D CT scan with you, and you leave with a personalized treatment plan and transparent pricing. We work with your insurance to ensure you receive the maximum benefit.
Nothing is ever scheduled until you decide.
After surgery
Healing, stage by stage
- Surgery day: you can eat and drink the same day, starting with soft foods such as soups, yogurt, smoothies and mashed potatoes. Dr. Godko gives you your instructions before and after, and you leave with aftercare instructions and your follow-up visit scheduled.
- The first few days: some soreness and swelling, usually milder than people expect. You are typically back to normal activities within a few days, and both offices are ready to immediately assist with any concerns.
- While the implants fuse: fork-tender foods like fish, pasta and eggs. Skip hard, crunchy and chewy foods.
- Months 3–6: healing check-ins with Dr. Godko, then your final arch is secured in place and you are back to the foods you missed.

How much do All-on-X dental implants cost?
All-on-X starts at $18,999 per arch, and both arches start at $34,999, the same as All-on-4 and All-on-6, however many implants your plan calls for. Your exact price comes with your plan at the $1 consultation. We work with your insurance to ensure you receive the maximum benefit, 0% financing through Cherry is available, and our in-house membership plans are here too.

- This is a dental discount plan and is not dental insurance.
- It is good only at Deluxe Dentistry, LLC. If you are referred to a specialist, they will not offer this discount.
- If you pay for treatment through CareCredit or another financing option, the discount on all treatment is reduced to 0%.
- Payments for services are due at the time of service.
- Benefits apply only while you stay enrolled until your treatment is complete. If enrollment expires before treatment is finished, coverage is no longer available.
- The plan can’t be used for treatment after an injury where a lawsuit, or outside medical, disability or workers’ compensation insurance, is involved.
- Not transferable: one family member can’t be substituted for another.
- Not refundable if you choose not to use the plan.
- Rates are subject to change annually.
- There’s no ID card or member number. Your membership is kept in your electronic record; it starts the day you sign up and renews on that date each year.
- Only the dentist can decide between the Adult Plan and the Adult Perio Plan, based on your gum health. If you enroll in the Adult Plan before your first visit and the dentist determines you need the Perio Plan, you pay the $200 difference.

All-on-X questions, answered
All-on-X is a fixed, full arch of new teeth held by the number of implants your jaw needs, instead of one implant for every missing tooth. The X is that number: four, six, eight or more. At Deluxe Dentistry & Esthetics, Dr. Maxim Godko reads it from your 3D CT scan and places every implant himself.
One surgery day for your implants and your new teeth, then roughly three to six months while the implants fuse with the bone, then your final arch. Dr. Godko sees you for check-ins through healing and waits longer if your bone needs it.
At Deluxe Dentistry & Esthetics, All-on-X starts at $18,999 per arch, and both arches start at $34,999. That is the same starting price as All-on-4 and All-on-6, however many implants your plan calls for, so the number is always a clinical choice.
An All-on-X arch is fixed to your implants, so it never slips, never needs adhesive and never comes out at night, and there is no plate across the roof of your mouth. The implants also stimulate the jawbone, which helps prevent the bone loss that follows years in a removable denture. Long-time denture wearers are often still candidates.
All-on-X is typically done with local anesthesia, which numbs the area. If you prefer, Dr. Godko gives nitrous oxide, oral or IV sedation himself, and with IV sedation you rest in a deep, sleep-like state. You are typically back to normal activities within a few days.
Yes. You leave with your new teeth the same day your implants are placed. Any failing teeth typically come out, and any grafting is typically done, at that same visit, and your new teeth are secured before you go home.
Titanium. Titanium dental implants are the gold standard, with up to a 95% success rate, and they are what Dr. Maxim Godko places at both offices.
Not at Deluxe. Dr. Maxim Godko performs every surgical step himself: extractions, grafting, every implant, sedation if you prefer it, and your new arch.
