Yes. At Deluxe Dentistry & Esthetics, failing teeth typically come out in the same visit, the implants go in and your new teeth are secured to them in one appointment. You walk out with your new teeth the same day, and your final arch follows once the implants have fused with the bone.

Same-day full arch dental implants are priced starting at $18,999 per arch. One arch is your upper or your lower teeth, and each arch is priced on its own, so you can begin with either; both arches together are priced starting at $34,999. It begins with a $1 consultation, which includes a comprehensive exam of all your teeth plus a 3D CT scan, where you get your plan and transparent pricing before anything is scheduled.

A full arch of new teeth, fixed to your implants, so you smile, talk and eat soft foods from the first evening. It is not a denture you take out. Three to six months later, once the implants have fused with the bone, Dr. Godko secures your final arch.

Usually four to six per arch. All-on-4 uses four, All-on-6 six and All-on-X the number your bone calls for. Dr. Godko sets the count and the position of each implant from your 3D CT scan, so they land where your bone is strongest and can carry your new teeth from Day 1. At Deluxe all three share the same starting price, so the choice is made purely on your scan.

Close to it. The surgery is typically done with local anesthesia, and for patients who prefer it, Dr. Godko gives IV sedation himself, a deep, sleep-like state in which you can still respond. He is certified in IV, oral and nitrous oxide sedation. Most sedated patients remember little of the day. After IV or oral sedation, someone drives you home.

Often, yes. The implants are placed in the parts of your jaw where the bone is strongest, which lets many people with bone loss skip grafting. When grafting is needed, Dr. Godko does it in-house, in the same sitting as your implants when the bone allows. When a graft has to heal first, the implants go in at a later visit, and you leave with your new teeth the same day they are placed.

Timing. With the traditional route, the implants heal under the gums for months before any teeth are attached. With same-day full arch, the implants are placed with the stability to carry new teeth right away, so your arch is secured the day of surgery while the implants fuse underneath.

No. Most same-day full arch patients still have teeth that are failing, broken or loose; those typically come out in the same appointment the implants go in. Denture wearers qualify too: the loose plate is replaced that day by new teeth fixed to implants.

A denture rests on the gums and comes out at night. Your new arch is fixed to your implants, stays in when you sleep and is brushed in place like natural teeth.
