The weeks after full arch surgery
Patients are typically back to normal activities within a few days. Dr. Godko gives you your instructions before and after surgery, and both offices are ready to immediately assist with any concerns.

- This is a dental discount plan and is not dental insurance.
- It is good only at Deluxe Dentistry, LLC. If you are referred to a specialist, they will not offer this discount.
- If you pay for treatment through CareCredit or another financing option, the discount on all treatment is reduced to 0%.
- Payments for services are due at the time of service.
- Benefits apply only while you stay enrolled until your treatment is complete. If enrollment expires before treatment is finished, coverage is no longer available.
- The plan can’t be used for treatment after an injury where a lawsuit, or outside medical, disability or workers’ compensation insurance, is involved.
- Not transferable: one family member can’t be substituted for another.
- Not refundable if you choose not to use the plan.
- Rates are subject to change annually.
- There’s no ID card or member number. Your membership is kept in your electronic record; it starts the day you sign up and renews on that date each year.
- Only the dentist can decide between the Adult Plan and the Adult Perio Plan, based on your gum health. If you enroll in the Adult Plan before your first visit and the dentist determines you need the Perio Plan, you pay the $200 difference.

Your exact plan and price come from a $1 consultation with a comprehensive exam of all your teeth plus a 3D CT scan.
All-on-4 is one kind of full arch. "Full arch" is the whole category: All-on-4 uses four implants, All-on-6 uses six, and All-on-X uses the number your jaw needs. Dr. Godko recommends one from your 3D CT scan, your bone and your bite.
Yes. Every implant patient at Deluxe leaves with teeth. On the day your implants go in, your new teeth are secured to them before you go home: you walk in with failing teeth and walk out with a complete smile. Failing teeth typically come out at that same visit; if a graft has to heal first, Dr. Godko tells you at the $1 consultation. Your final arch is secured after the implants have fused with the bone.
Titanium. Titanium dental implants are the gold standard, with up to a 95% success rate, and they are what Dr. Maxim Godko places at both offices: Swiss-engineered TRI and Neodent GM (Straumann Group) implant systems.
Anyone missing most or all of the teeth in one jaw, anyone whose remaining teeth are failing, and anyone tired of a loose denture. Bone loss does not rule you out: Dr. Godko performs bone grafting and sinus lifts in-house. The 3D CT scan at your $1 consultation gives you a clear answer.
Full arch surgery is typically done with local anesthesia, which numbs the area completely. If you prefer sedation, Dr. Godko gives nitrous oxide, oral or IV sedation himself; with IV sedation you rest in a deep, sleep-like state, and your new teeth are already in place by the end of your visit. Expect some soreness for a few days afterward.
Not at home. A fixed arch is screwed to your implants and comes off only at the office, for maintenance. If you would rather have teeth you take out at night, snap-on dentures are the removable option.
