Yes. Whenever your implants are placed at Deluxe Dentistry & Esthetics, you leave with your new teeth the same day. Your fixed arch is attached to all six implants before you go home, and you never take it out.
Titanium. Titanium dental implants are the gold standard, with up to a 95% success rate, and they are what Dr. Maxim Godko places at both offices.
Same-day All-on-6 is starting at $18,999 per arch, and starting at $34,999 for both arches: the same starting prices as All-on-4 and All-on-X, so the number of implants is a clinical choice, never a price decision. Your $1 consultation includes a comprehensive exam of all your teeth plus a 3D CT scan, and it ends with your exact plan and price.
Two more implants per arch add stability, spread the chewing load more evenly and give the arch extra support where the bone is thinner. Dr. Godko reads your 3D CT scan, your bone and your bite, then recommends four, six or more for your arch.
Surgery is typically done with local anesthesia to numb the area, and if you prefer, sedation given by Dr. Godko himself lets you rest through it. Afterward, you leave with aftercare instructions and a scheduled follow-up visit, and most patients are typically back to normal activities within a few days.
For a whole arch of failing teeth or a denture that moves, All-on-6 gives you fixed teeth that stay in, on six anchors, with no adhesive and nothing to take out at night. Because the implants sit in the jaw like tooth roots, they keep the bone stimulated, which helps preserve the bone and the support under your lips and cheeks.
