As with any surgery, there are small risks: infection, or irritation of a nerve or sinus. They are rare, and your 3D CT scan maps the nerves and sinuses before anything is placed, and a custom surgical guide made from that plan places the implant exactly where the bone is. Dr. Godko coordinates with your physician when necessary.

No, but you do need to be ready to care for your implants. Brushing twice a day, cleaning between your teeth and keeping regular checkups protect the gums and bone that hold an implant, just as they protect natural teeth.

Yes. Local anesthesia completely numbs the area, and Dr. Godko gives nitrous oxide, oral sedation or IV sedation himself. The team speaks English, Ukrainian and Russian, and feeling nervous has no effect on whether you qualify.

Yes. The bone thins over time once a tooth is gone, and when your 3D scan shows it needs support, bone grafting rebuilds it in-house.
