- This is a dental discount plan and is not dental insurance.
- It is good only at Deluxe Dentistry, LLC. If you are referred to a specialist, they will not offer this discount.
- If you pay for treatment through CareCredit or another financing option, the discount on all treatment is reduced to 0%.
- Payments for services are due at the time of service.
- Benefits apply only while you stay enrolled until your treatment is complete. If enrollment expires before treatment is finished, coverage is no longer available.
- The plan can’t be used for treatment after an injury where a lawsuit, or outside medical, disability or workers’ compensation insurance, is involved.
- Not transferable: one family member can’t be substituted for another.
- Not refundable if you choose not to use the plan.
- Rates are subject to change annually.
- There’s no ID card or member number. Your membership is kept in your electronic record; it starts the day you sign up and renews on that date each year.
- Only the dentist can decide between the Adult Plan and the Adult Perio Plan, based on your gum health. If you enroll in the Adult Plan before your first visit and the dentist determines you need the Perio Plan, you pay the $200 difference.

Yes. This is called immediate loading: two implants go in and a fixed bridge is secured to them in the same appointment, so you walk out with your new teeth that day. Your final bridge follows once the implants have fused with the bone, three to six months later.
Titanium. Titanium fuses with the jawbone, a process called osseointegration, which is what lets two implants carry a bridge.

Typically, yes. A failing tooth in the gap is removed at the start of the same appointment, with grafting in the same sitting when the bone allows, and your bridge is secured before you leave. When a graft has to heal first, the implants go in at a later visit, and your bridge is secured the day they are placed.
In the traditional route, the implants heal under the gum for months before any teeth are attached, so you live with the gap or something removable in the meantime. With a same-day implant bridge, the fixed bridge is secured to the two implants before you leave and the implants fuse with the bone underneath it. Your final bridge follows after healing, and the planning, surgery and bridge are all Dr. Godko’s work at either office. The standard route is covered on our implant bridge page.
Yes, if you prefer it. Your implant bridge is typically done with local anesthesia, and with IV sedation you rest in a deep, sleep-like state. Dr. Godko gives nitrous oxide, oral sedation and IV sedation himself; he is certified in all three. After IV or oral sedation, someone drives you home. See your sedation options.
No. “Teeth in a day” usually means a full arch of new teeth on four or more implants, as in same-day full arch dental implants and same-day All-on-4, starting at $18,999 per arch. A same-day implant bridge replaces three or four teeth in a row on two implants and leaves the rest of your teeth alone. Both are immediate loading: the new teeth are secured to the implants before you leave.
