Why patients choose Deluxe for dentures

Dentures, Clear Partials and the Implants That Steady Them, Under One Roof

Denture shops make dentures; implant offices place implants; extractions often mean an oral surgeon’s office. Here, the extractions, the dentures or partials and any implants that hold them come from one office and one plan. The American College of Prosthodontists explains the types of dentures.

1

One plan, start to finish

Your personalized consultation maps every step, from any extractions to the final fitting.

2

Relines in the same office

When your gums change, a reline restores the fit without sending you anywhere else.

3

Extractions in-house

Dr. Godko removes failing teeth himself, with sedation for patients who prefer it.

4

Implants that steady them

Snap-on dentures and full-arch teeth, with the implants placed by Dr. Godko.

Is it time?

Signs dentures or a partial may be right for you

Missing or failing teeth affect far more than your smile.

Several missing teeth

Gaps make it hard to chew, and the teeth beside them start to drift.

Failing or loose teeth

Teeth that can’t be saved can be removed and replaced with a denture.

Trouble chewing

Avoiding chewy foods or chewing on one side means your bite needs rebuilding.

Changes in your speech

Missing front teeth change how some words sound. Replacing them helps.

A sunken look to your face

Without teeth, the lips and cheeks can sink in. Dentures restore that support.

Hiding your smile

Covering your mouth when you laugh is reason enough to smile freely again.

The process

How you get your dentures

Custom-made for your mouth, step by step, so they look right, fit well and let you chew comfortably.

  1. 1

    Exam & plan

A personalized consultation looks at your teeth, gums and bite, and your plan maps every step.

  2. 2

    Prepare your mouth

Any teeth that can’t be saved are removed, and your gums are given time to heal.

  3. 3

    Measure & check

Impressions and bite records are taken, and the fit and bite are checked before your dentures are finished.

  4. 4

    Fit & adjust

Your dentures are fitted and adjusted, and you’re seen for follow-up adjustments as you settle in.

Dentures vs implants

Caring for your dentures

  • • Soak them in a cleaning solution daily, and rinse them before putting them back in.
  • • Never boil dentures: heat warps them.
  • • Brush them with a soft brush and denture cleaner, not toothpaste, which scratches.
  • • Handle them over a folded towel or a sink of water in case you drop them.
  • • Brush the natural teeth that hold a partial carefully every day.

Broken or loose denture?

  • • Don’t try to repair or glue it yourself; glue can ruin the fit.
  • • Keep every piece in a clean container or sealed bag.
  • • Call either office: both are ready to immediately assist.
  • • A denture that has loosened over time may only need a reline.

FAQ

Dentures and partials: your questions, answered

Complete dentures replace every tooth in an upper or lower arch. Partial dentures replace some missing teeth while you keep your healthy natural ones, and they help stop those teeth from drifting into the gaps.

High-end complete dentures with lifelike teeth, partial dentures, clear partials with no visible metal clasps, and implant-supported (snap-on) dentures, at both offices.

Partial dentures with tooth-colored clasps and an invisible frame, so there’s no metal showing when you smile.

Dentures are made over several visits across a few weeks, from your personalized consultation to the final fitting. When teeth need to be removed first, your gums are given time to heal, and your treatment plan lays out each visit.

New dentures can feel tight or cause a sore spot or two while your gums adjust. That’s normal: follow-up visits ease the pressure points, and once your dentures are adjusted they should feel comfortable through the day. If teeth are removed first, Dr. Godko offers nitrous oxide, oral or IV sedation for patients who prefer it.

The cost depends on the type of denture or partial and whether any teeth need to be removed first. Dentures and partials are priced at your personalized consultation, and your treatment plan shows the cost before anything is made. We accept PPO plans and most carriers, including CIGNA, MetLife, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental and GEHA Connection Dental. No Medicaid, DMO or HMO plans accepted. We work with your insurance to ensure you receive the maximum benefit. 0% financing through Cherry and in-house membership plans are also available.

Yes. Snap-on dentures clip onto implants so they stop slipping. Full arch dental implants replace the denture with fixed teeth, starting at $18,999 per arch, and you leave with your new teeth the same day the implants are placed. Titanium implants are the gold standard, with up to a 95% success rate.

It depends on how your mouth changes. Your gums and jawbone slowly change shape, so a denture that fit well can loosen. The fit is checked at every checkup: a denture reline restores a snug fit, and a worn or cracked denture is replaced.

No. Deluxe offers periodontal, endodontic, prosthodontic and oral surgery services under one roof. Dr. Maxim Godko, an 8-Time Top Doctor, and his team plan and fit your dentures, and the extractions, relines and implants for snap-on dentures stay in the same office.
