When a tooth is failing, Dr. Godko typically takes it out and places the implant in the same appointment, with your new tooth attached before you leave, so there is no week of hiding your smile. Any bone graft is typically done at that same visit, and if your socket needs to heal first, he tells you at your consultation.

We work with your insurance to ensure you receive the maximum benefit.

Local anesthesia numbs the area, and nitrous oxide, oral or IV sedation is there if you prefer it, with Dr. Godko certified in all three. Our team speaks English, Ukrainian and Russian.

- This is a dental discount plan and is not dental insurance.
- It is good only at Deluxe Dentistry, LLC. If you are referred to a specialist, they will not offer this discount.
- If you pay for treatment through CareCredit or another financing option, the discount on all treatment is reduced to 0%.
- Payments for services are due at the time of service.
- Benefits apply only while you stay enrolled until your treatment is complete. If enrollment expires before treatment is finished, coverage is no longer available.
- The plan can’t be used for treatment after an injury where a lawsuit, or outside medical, disability or workers’ compensation insurance, is involved.
- Not transferable: one family member can’t be substituted for another.
- Not refundable if you choose not to use the plan.
- Rates are subject to change annually.
- There’s no ID card or member number. Your membership is kept in your electronic record; it starts the day you sign up and renews on that date each year.
