Not a fixed full arch at Deluxe, where treatment starts at $18,999 per arch. But $5,000 can still go a long way. A single implant starts at $3,199, snap-on implant dentures are a lower-cost way to steady a loose denture, and 0% financing through Cherry, for qualified applicants and subject to credit approval, can help spread out the cost. Traditional Medicare doesn't cover dental implants, though some Medicare Advantage plans include limited dental benefits that may help. Deluxe accepts PPO plans, including Cigna, MetLife, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental and GEHA; Medicaid is not accepted. Before treatment, the team checks your benefits and shows you what your insurance is expected to pay. They collect your insurance information, bill your insurance for you and do everything possible to help you get the maximum benefit from your plan.

Deluxe partners with Cherry for 0% financing for qualified applicants. APRs range from 0% to 35.99% and eligibility isn’t guaranteed. The application uses a soft credit check that won’t affect your credit score.

How they attach. A fixed full arch is screwed to the implants; snap-on implant dentures clip onto implants and come out for cleaning. Dr. Godko places both, and he will tell you which fits your mouth and your goals.

Yes. The upper jaw sits beneath the sinuses, and the lower jaw carries a nerve. Your 3D CT scan maps both, and when the upper bone is thin, Dr. Godko performs a sinus lift in-house.

Yes. Dr. Godko can revise an All-on-4 or All-on-6 from another office, either replacing the existing implants or working with them, based on your imaging. Start with an implant second opinion.

Because it makes same-day teeth possible. Deluxe is one of the only implant practices in New Jersey using the TRI system, which lets patients go home with teeth on surgery day and eat and drink starting Day 1, with softer foods at first while the implants heal. A European dentist introduced the All-on-4 approach in the early 2000s, and it has since become popular around the world. Instead of an implant for every missing tooth, four or six strategically placed implants support a complete fixed arch, which makes treatment less invasive and more affordable while still giving you teeth that never come out at night.

Bone loss doesn't automatically rule you out. When more support is needed, Dr. Godko does bone grafting, internal sinus lifts, ridge splitting and PRP/PRF regenerative procedures in-house, so you aren't sent to another office. Your 3D scan shows exactly how much bone you have.

Each gives you a full, fixed arch of teeth: All-on-4 uses four implants, All-on-6 uses six, and All-on-X uses a number and layout customized to your case. At Deluxe, all three start at the same price, $18,999 per arch, so the choice is purely clinical. Dr. Godko recommends the right one from your 3D scan, your bone and your bite at your $1 consultation.

Dentures rest on your gums, so they can slip, rub and cover the roof of your mouth, and they give you far less bite force than natural teeth while bone keeps shrinking underneath. Fixed full arch implants chew far more efficiently than removable dentures and help preserve your jawbone. If you wear dentures now, you can switch.

One surgery day, when you leave with your new teeth, then typically three to six months of healing while the implants fuse with the bone, with follow-up visits along the way, and your final arch after that.

Not always. When you do, Dr. Godko performs bone grafting, sinus lifts and ridge splitting in-house, with PRF used case by case. Grafting is typically done at the same visit as your implants; if a graft has to heal first, he tells you at your consultation.

Yes. It's often called teeth in a day. On surgery day, Dr. Godko removes any remaining teeth, places your implants and attaches your new arch of teeth, all in one visit of about two to four hours per arch. You never leave without teeth: you walk out with your new teeth the same day, fixed in most cases, or removable when that's safer while you heal. Your implants then heal for three to six months before your permanent arch goes in, over four to six visits in all. Walk in with failing teeth, walk out with a complete smile.

If you choose IV sedation, the most popular option for full arch, you'll be in a deep, sleep-like state, and most people wake up with their new teeth already in place. Oral sedation, taken as a pill, and local numbing with optional nitrous oxide are also available. Dr. Godko is certified in all three and maintains a current ACLS certification, and your vital signs are watched throughout, for a comfortable, anxiety-free and safe experience. With IV or oral sedation, you'll need someone to drive you home.

Your tongue typically adjusts to the new arch quickly. Reading aloud speeds it up, and Dr. Godko checks your speech and bite at your follow-up visits.

Brush the arch twice a day and rinse beneath it with a water flosser; small interdental brushes reach around the implant posts. The teeth cannot decay, but the gums need daily care.

Plan on regular professional cleanings, when Dr. Godko checks your arch and implants too, on a schedule personalized to your mouth. Both offices handle your maintenance visits.

A loose-feeling arch, a change in your bite, gums that bleed or swell, or a chip. Both offices are ready to immediately assist with any concerns, and catching a small issue early keeps the fix small.

During surgery the area is completely numb, and with IV sedation most people sleep through it and remember little. Afterward, expect soreness for about three to five days, eased with prescribed pain medication, with swelling peaking around day two or three.

Full arch implants are a long-lasting, permanent solution: the titanium implant posts fuse with your jawbone, and full-arch zirconia rarely fractures, while fracture is the most common problem with all-acrylic arches. Cleanings every six months and a yearly check of the screws that hold your arch help your new teeth go the distance.

Plan on soft foods for the first two weeks, like smoothies, yogurt, scrambled eggs, mashed potatoes and soup, then move to fork-tender foods like fish, pasta and eggs from about week three, and save hard, crunchy and chewy foods until your implants have fused, around week 12. Most people are back at a desk job within three to five days; physical work needs about seven to ten. You'll leave with detailed aftercare instructions. Once your permanent arch is in, steak, apples and crunchy foods are back on the menu.

Brush twice a day with a soft brush and use a water flosser to rinse under the arch, where small bits of food can collect; small interdental brushes help around the implant posts. Then see Deluxe every six months for a professional cleaning and a check of your gums and screws. The teeth can't get cavities, but healthy gums still matter. Regularly cleaning around your implants is very important for long-term success.
