Yes. Once the final work is placed, you eat as usual, avoiding the same hard things that chip natural teeth.

Usually very little. Most people go back to work and normal routines right after whitening, bonding or veneers. Some mild, short-lived sensitivity is common after whitening or new restorations.

They may feel a little different for the first few days while you get used to their shape. Your bite is checked at placement, and both offices are ready to immediately assist with any concerns, including a quick adjustment if anything feels high.
