Why one office wins

Periodontal, Surgical and Restorative Bridge Care Under One Roof

A bridge on implants needs healthy gums, implants placed exactly where the bridge needs them and teeth designed for your bite. Elsewhere that can mean three offices. Here, all of it is in-house, and Dr. Maxim Godko performs every surgical step and secures your bridge himself.

In-house

Periodontics

Gum disease is treated first, here, so your bridge sits on healthy tissue and stays that way.

In-house

Oral Surgery

Failing teeth come out and thin bone is rebuilt in the same office.

Implant Dentistry

Two implants from the Swiss-engineered TRI and Neodent GM (Straumann Group) implant systems, placed through a custom guide built from your 3D CT scan.

In-house

Prosthodontics

Your bridge is designed from precise digital impressions for your bite and smile, in the same office.

How two implants carry three teeth

Two implants, one bridge, no gap

An implant bridge links its teeth together. The two end teeth sit on implants, and the tooth between them, called the pontic, rests against the gum to close the gap. Because the bridge spreads your bite across both implants, a row of three or four missing teeth needs only two implants.

  • The middle tooth, the pontic, spans the gap
  • Full chewing force, and the teeth beside the gap stay in line
  • The implants keep the jawbone stimulated

The planning happens on screen before surgery day, which is what lets your bridge go on right after the implants are placed.

Not enough bone?

Bone rebuilt here, not at another office

Teeth that have been missing for a while leave the bone thinner. Your 3D scan shows how much bone is available at each implant site, so you know before surgery whether a graft is part of your plan.

When it is, Dr. Godko does it himself with bone grafting, ridge splitting and internal sinus lifts.

  • Bone grafting, ridge splitting and internal sinus lifts in-house
  • Grafting typically in the same visit

FAQ

Implant bridge questions, answered

Two for three to four missing teeth in a row. The implants go into the jawbone at the ends of the gap and act as new tooth roots, and a fixed bridge is secured to them, so the replacement teeth stand on implants instead of leaning on your natural teeth. A longer gap takes more implants.

No. A regular bridge is held by crowns on the natural teeth on each side of the gap, so those teeth are shaped down. An implant bridge is held by implants, so your healthy neighboring teeth are left alone and the implants replace the missing roots.

Your price comes from your personalized treatment plan at a $1 consultation with a 3D CT scan, and nothing is scheduled until you decide. We accept PPO plans and most carriers, including CIGNA, MetLife, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental and GEHA Connection Dental. No Medicaid, DMO or HMO plans accepted. We work with your insurance to ensure you receive the maximum benefit. 0% financing through Cherry and our in-house membership plans are available too.

Yes. Dr. Godko places the two implants and secures your bridge in the same appointment, so you walk out with your new teeth the same day. Once the implants have fused with the bone, three to six months later, he secures your final bridge on the same two implants.

Yes. Titanium dental implants are the gold standard, with up to a 95% success rate: titanium fuses with the jawbone, a process called osseointegration, so each implant becomes a stable foundation for your bridge. Dr. Godko places Swiss-engineered TRI and Neodent GM (Straumann Group) implant systems.

Yes. Where teeth are missing, the jawbone shrinks because nothing stimulates it. The two implants act like tooth roots, so the bone around them stays stimulated, which keeps the bridge stable and supports your lips and cheeks.

Most adults missing three or four teeth in a row, with healthy gums and enough bone, are candidates. Your 3D CT scan shows the bone at both implant sites, and when it has shrunk, Dr. Godko rebuilds it in-house. He confirms your plan at the consultation and coordinates with your physician when necessary.

A comprehensive exam of all your teeth and a 3D cone beam CT scan that maps your bone, nerves and sinuses. Dr. Godko shows you where your two implants belong, and you leave with a personalized treatment plan.
