- This is a dental discount plan and is not dental insurance.
- It is good only at Deluxe Dentistry, LLC. If you are referred to a specialist, they will not offer this discount.
- If you pay for treatment through CareCredit or another financing option, the discount on all treatment is reduced to 0%.
- Payments for services are due at the time of service.
- Benefits apply only while you stay enrolled until your treatment is complete. If enrollment expires before treatment is finished, coverage is no longer available.
- The plan can’t be used for treatment after an injury where a lawsuit, or outside medical, disability or workers’ compensation insurance, is involved.
- Not transferable: one family member can’t be substituted for another.
- Not refundable if you choose not to use the plan.
- Rates are subject to change annually.
- There’s no ID card or member number. Your membership is kept in your electronic record; it starts the day you sign up and renews on that date each year.
- Only the dentist can decide between the Adult Plan and the Adult Perio Plan, based on your gum health. If you enroll in the Adult Plan before your first visit and the dentist determines you need the Perio Plan, you pay the $200 difference.

Yes. You unsnap a snap-on denture yourself to clean it every day. That is the difference from fixed full arch teeth, which are attached to the implants and removed only by your dentist.
Usually not. A locator overdenture typically uses two implants in the lower jaw and four in the upper, and your 3D CT scan shows the positions for your jaw.
