The TRI difference
Same-day teeth, built on the TRI implant system
All-on-4 and All-on-6 were pioneered by a European dentist in the early 2000s and are now used around the world. Four or six strategically placed implants hold a complete, fixed arch of teeth, so replacing a full upper or lower arch is less invasive and more affordable than placing an implant for every missing tooth.
Dr. Godko is one of the only implant dentists in New Jersey using the TRI dental implant system. TRI is what makes same-day teeth possible, so you can eat and drink starting Day 1 while your implants heal.
Same-day is only half the story. What matters is the result: a stunning, natural smile that changes how you look and how you feel. And because Deluxe is an all-in-one practice that does every surgical step in-house, from extractions and bone grafting to your implants, you get the best possible cost without cutting corners on quality.
You won’t just leave with a new smile. You’ll leave feeling like a new you.

Life after full arch
Order the steak. Bite the apple. Laugh with your mouth open.
Dentures sit on your gums and give back only a fraction of your bite. Full arch implants are anchored in bone, so your teeth feel solid, stay put and let you eat what everyone else is eating.
Wearing dentures now?
No more teeth in a glass at night.
Full arch teeth are fixed to your implants. No adhesive, no slipping when you talk, nothing covering the roof of your mouth. Implants also help preserve the jawbone that dentures let shrink away.

Are full arch implants right for you?
Four quick questions. No contact details needed. Many adults qualify, including many who were told “no” somewhere else. Bone loss, well-controlled diabetes, osteoporosis and blood thinners don’t automatically rule you out.

Your final teeth
Acrylic or zirconia?
Your final arch can be monolithic zirconia: a strong ceramic with a glossy, natural look. Full-arch zirconia rarely fractures, while fracture of all-acrylic arches is the most common prosthetic complication. Prefer something lighter? High-grade acrylic is an option too, and small chips can often be repaired chairside. Deluxe also offers acrylic and zirconia on a custom-milled titanium bar. Dr. Godko will walk you through the trade-offs at your consultation.
Step by step
Your path to new teeth, in six steps
From your first scan to your final smile, it usually takes four to six visits over a few months, and you have teeth the entire time.

- 1
Day 1
$1 consultation + 3D CT scan
A comprehensive exam, a 3D cone beam CT scan of your jaw, bone density assessment, and nerve and sinus mapping. You leave with a personalized treatment plan built around your budget and needs, with exact pricing. Nothing is scheduled until you decide.

- 2
Surgery usually within 1–3 weeks
Your smile, designed digitally
Dr. Godko plans every implant in 3D and designs your new arch before surgery. A custom surgical guide directs the position, angle and depth of each implant.

- 3
2–4 hours per arch
Surgery day: walk out with your new teeth
Under sedation, extractions and implant placement happen in one visit, about two to four hours per arch. Your new teeth are secured before you go home.

- 4
3–6 months
Healing, with check-ins
The implants fuse with your jawbone over roughly 3–6 months. Dr. Godko sees you two to three times to monitor healing. If your bone needs more healing time, he waits: your final arch goes in when your healing is right, for the best possible result. Most people are back at a desk job in 3–5 days.

- 5
Month 4–6
Final permanent teeth
Digital impressions capture your healed implants, and your final zirconia arch (or high-grade acrylic, if you and Dr. Godko choose it) is made by a dental lab and secured in place by Dr. Godko.

- 6
For life
Enjoy it for years
Cleanings every six months and a yearly screw check. A long-lasting, permanent smile.

Recovery & eating guide
What you can eat, and when
- 1
Surgery evening
Soft foods only: soups, yogurt, smoothies, mashed potatoes.
- 2
Weeks 1–2
Stay with soft foods while swelling settles, and follow your aftercare instructions.
- 3
Weeks 3–12
Modified eating: fork-tender foods, fish, pasta, eggs. Skip hard, crunchy and chewy foods while the implants fuse.
- 4
Final teeth
Back to the foods you missed. Fixed implant arches chew far more efficiently than removable dentures.
Most patients are back at a desk job in 3–5 days. If your work is physical, plan on 7–10 days.
Monitored the whole time
Your vital signs are continuously monitored throughout IV sedation.
Nervous? Good, you’re normal.
Relax through it. Wake up to teeth.
IV sedation is the most popular choice for full arch at Deluxe: you’re deeply relaxed, and many people remember little of the procedure. Dr. Godko is certified in IV, oral and nitrous oxide sedation and in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and he administers your sedation himself.
IV sedation
Deep relaxation. Most popular for full arch.
Oral sedation
A pill about an hour before.
Local + nitrous
Numbing with optional laughing gas.
With IV or oral sedation, bring someone to drive you home.
Precision you can’t see
Planned in 3D before surgery day
Dr. Godko uses Swiss-engineered TRI and Neodent GM (Straumann Group) implant systems, and plans every case digitally from start to finish.

3D cone beam CT
Every implant is mapped in 3D, with your bone density, nerves and sinuses, before surgery.

Computer-guided surgery
A custom guide made from your 3D plan snaps onto your jaw to direct each implant’s position, angle and depth.

Digital design, custom milling
No goopy trays. Digital scans and photogrammetry capture exact implant positions, and each arch is designed and milled for you.
The honest part
What are the downsides of full arch implants?
You deserve the full picture before you decide. Here are the real trade-offs, and how each one is handled.
01
It’s surgery
Implants are placed under sedation. Expect some soreness for 3–5 days, eased with prescribed pain medication.
02
Healing takes months
Your implants fuse with bone over 3–6 months, and you’ll eat softer foods early on.
03
Higher upfront cost
More than dentures up front, though 0% financing through Cherry for qualified applicants can spread it out (see payment options).
04
Daily care
Brush, clean under the arch, and keep your six-month cleanings and yearly screw check.
05
Smoking slows healing
Smokers are asked to stop at least two weeks before surgery and eight weeks after.
06
Implants can fail
It’s uncommon, but if one doesn’t integrate, Dr. Godko removes it, lets the site heal and places a new one.
Who is a good candidate?
Missing most or all teeth in an arch
Failing, broken or loose teeth
Tired of dentures slipping
Bone loss (Dr. Godko does grafting in-house)
Well-controlled diabetes, osteoporosis or blood thinners, coordinated with your physician
Your 3D scan shows which option fits you.

Compare with confidence
What should you ask before choosing a full-arch dentist?
Full-arch treatment is a big decision, and it’s worth comparing. Wherever you go, ask these four questions. Here’s how Deluxe answers each one.
Who places the implants?
Dr. Maxim Godko, the same doctor who plans your case and delivers your final teeth. No hand-off to an outside surgeon.
Is IV sedation available right in the office?
Yes. Dr. Godko is certified in IV, oral and nitrous oxide sedation and maintains a current ACLS certification.
Will I leave with teeth the same day?
Yes. You walk out with your new teeth the same day: a fixed arch in most cases, or a removable one when that’s safer while you heal. You never go without teeth.
What happens if an implant doesn’t fuse?
It’s uncommon, and there’s a clear plan: Dr. Godko removes it, lets the area heal and places a new one, and your same-day teeth are adjusted so you keep your teeth in the meantime.

Full arch implant FAQ
At Deluxe Dentistry, All-on-4, All-on-6 and All-on-X all start at $18,999 per arch, and both arches start at $34,999, planned together by Dr. Godko. Your first step is a $1 consultation with a 3D scan.
TRI is the implant system Dr. Godko uses for same-day full arch treatment, and he's one of the only implant dentists in New Jersey using it. It's what lets you leave with teeth the day of surgery and eat and drink starting Day 1, with softer foods at first while your implants heal. At your $1 consultation, Dr. Godko shows you how it applies to your case.
Yes. All-on-4 and All-on-6 were developed by a European dentist in the early 2000s to replace a whole arch with just four or six strategically placed implants. Fewer implants means less surgery and a lower cost than placing an implant for every missing tooth, and you still get a fixed arch of teeth that never comes out at night.
If you're missing most of your teeth, have teeth that are failing, or are tired of loose dentures, full arch implants were designed for exactly that. Many adults qualify, including many who've been told "no" somewhere else. Very few conditions rule you out completely, though uncontrolled diabetes, radiation to the jaw or untreated gum disease may need attention first. Your overall health matters and smoking can affect healing, so share your health history and any smoking with Dr. Godko. A 3D scan at your $1 consultation gives you a clear answer.
Yes. It's often called teeth in a day. On surgery day, Dr. Godko removes any remaining teeth, places your implants and attaches your new arch of teeth, all in one visit of about two to four hours per arch. You never leave without teeth: you walk out with your new teeth the same day, fixed in most cases, or removable when that's safer while you heal. Your implants then heal for three to six months before your permanent arch goes in, over four to six visits in all. Walk in with failing teeth, walk out with a complete smile.
During surgery the area is completely numb, and with IV sedation most people sleep through it and remember little. Afterward, expect soreness for about three to five days, eased with prescribed pain medication, with swelling peaking around day two or three.
Full arch implants are a long-lasting, permanent solution: the titanium implant posts fuse with your jawbone, and full-arch zirconia rarely fractures, while fracture is the most common problem with all-acrylic arches. Cleanings every six months and a yearly check of the screws that hold your arch help your new teeth go the distance.
The honest trade-offs are a higher upfront cost than dentures, a surgical procedure, and a few months of healing before your permanent teeth, with soft foods early on. You'll also clean under the arch every day and keep six-month checkups. Smoking or uncontrolled diabetes raises the risk. Dr. Godko reviews each of these with you before you decide.
