We work with your insurance to ensure you receive the maximum benefit. Without insurance, a membership plan covers your preventive care for one yearly fee, and 0% financing through Cherry is available for larger treatment.

- Periodontal maintenance cleanings (4 per year total)
- 25% off scaling and root planing (deep cleaning)
- Once deep cleaning is completed, the plan is extended by 1 month (13 months) to fit all 4 cleanings
For patients who complete initial scaling and root planing (deep cleaning) of all 4 quadrants. Deep cleaning is not 100% covered under the Perio Plan, but members get 25% off all needed deep cleaning.

We accept PPO plans and most carriers, including CIGNA, MetLife, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental and GEHA Connection Dental. No Medicaid, DMO or HMO plans accepted.We work with your insurance to ensure you receive the maximum benefit.

Membership plan terms & limitations ›
- This is a dental discount plan and is not dental insurance.
- It is good only at Deluxe Dentistry, LLC. If you are referred to a specialist, they will not offer this discount.
- If you pay for treatment through CareCredit or another financing option, the discount on all treatment is reduced to 0%.
- Payments for services are due at the time of service.
- Benefits apply only while you stay enrolled until your treatment is complete. If enrollment expires before treatment is finished, coverage is no longer available.
- The plan can’t be used for treatment after an injury where a lawsuit, or outside medical, disability or workers’ compensation insurance, is involved.
- Not transferable: one family member can’t be substituted for another.
- Not refundable if you choose not to use the plan.
- Rates are subject to change annually.
- There’s no ID card or member number. Your membership is kept in your electronic record; it starts the day you sign up and renews on that date each year.
- Only the dentist can decide between the Adult Plan and the Adult Perio Plan, based on your gum health. If you enroll in the Adult Plan before your first visit and the dentist determines you need the Perio Plan, you pay the $200 difference.

Dentist: your questions, answered
A dentist keeps your teeth and gums healthy and fixes problems when they happen: checkups, cleanings, x-rays and oral cancer screenings to prevent and catch problems, and fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions and gum treatment to fix them. Your dentist is the one who sees you at every visit.
Every six months is the standard schedule. If you have gum disease or frequent cavities, Dr. Godko and the team may recommend visits every three to four months instead.
Yes. Brushing and flossing don’t remove hardened tartar, and early cavities and gum disease rarely hurt. A cleaning and exam catch them while they’re small and simple to fix.
At Deluxe, yes. Root canals, extractions, wisdom teeth and gum disease treatment are all done in-house, so you are never referred out to a specialist.
Yes. Call either office or book online. There’s no judgment if it’s been years since your last visit.
