- Payments for services are due at the time of service.

Dr. Godko places implants himself, so you can compare both options at one consultation.
For a traditional bridge, yes: the supporting teeth are numbed and shaped to hold the crowns of the bridge. A Maryland bridge is held by wings bonded to the backs of the neighboring teeth, with little or no shaping, and an implant-supported bridge leaves your natural teeth untouched.
No other office. Dr. Maxim Godko, an 8-Time Top Doctor, places the implants himself, and he and his team plan and place the bridge on them. Bridges, implants, extractions and bone grafting are all provided in-house, so the whole case stays in one office instead of being referred out to a specialist. See implant bridges.
It stays in. A bridge is cemented or bonded in place and only a dentist can remove it. A partial denture is the removable option: it clips to your teeth and comes out for cleaning and at night.
The supporting teeth are numbed before they’re shaped, the same as for a crown. If you’re anxious, nitrous oxide, oral sedation or IV sedation is available, all given by Dr. Godko.
Keep it and call either office; both offices are ready to immediately assist, with same-day emergency appointments. A bridge that loosens is most often a sign of decay or gum disease around a supporting tooth, so it’s checked, not just re-cemented. On Saturdays, our Lawrenceville, NJ office is open from 9 am to 2 pm.
