It depends on how far your teeth need to move and how faithfully you wear your aligners. At your personalized consultation, Dr. Godko examines your teeth and bite and gives you your treatment timeline before anything starts.
Often, with planning. An implant doesn’t move like a natural tooth, and crowns and veneers change how the aligners grip, so Dr. Godko reviews your existing work first. Crowns, veneers and implants are all done in the same office, so any work your smile needs afterward follows the same plan.
Yes. Teeth tend to drift back once treatment ends, so a retainer holds them in their new position. Wearing it as directed protects your result, and Dr. Godko explains the retainer plan for your case as you finish.
