He maps every tooth and the way your upper and lower teeth meet on your 3D CT scan, does the extractions, grafting and implants himself, and secures your final teeth once the implants have fused. Prosthodontic, periodontal, endodontic and oral surgery services are all in-house at Deluxe, so nothing is handed to another office.

Every tooth that can be saved is kept. Your exam and 3D CT scan show which teeth can be rebuilt with root canals and crowns and which need replacing, your plan is built around that, and Dr. Godko goes over it with you tooth by tooth at your consultation.

You can rest in a deep, sleep-like state with IV sedation, in which you can still respond. Treatment is typically done with local anesthesia, and if you prefer, you can add nitrous oxide, oral sedation or IV sedation, which lets Dr. Godko combine more work into fewer visits. He is certified in all three and gives your sedation himself, and our team speaks English, Ukrainian and Russian.

Every procedure is available at both offices, so your phases can be scheduled at whichever office and hours suit you.
